We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchange Policy
If you receive a defective or damaged product, we are happy to offer an exchange. To be eligible, you must provide an unboxing video of the package within 2 days of delivery and email it to us at customercare@essentialtrunk.com
Please note:
- Exchanges are only valid for products with manufacturing defects or damages upon delivery.
- We do not accept exchanges for damages caused by normal wear and tear, breakage, or scratches after 7 days of receiving the product.
- You’ll need to ship the product back to our warehouse to initiate the exchange. Once it passes our quality check, we will dispatch your replacement.
